General
Information – please review before registering
Early
registration is $36 per participant (youth & adult) and $20 per
staff. When registering
please select the correct attendee type to avoid being charged the
wrong amount. BSA
professionals and those staffing the event should select “staff”
from the list of attendee types.
$9 late fee per participant for registrations after
June 26, 2009. If you unit does not know the names of individuals attending
but want to receive the early registration fee, simply estimate the
number of participants and use generic names (Scout One, Scout Two,
etc) to “reserve” space at the early registration fee.
Our very own Program... The early bird registration deadline has been extended to Friday, June 26. Between issues with
getting to our main web site earlier this week, and confusion on where to send payments, we figure the relief might be appreciated.
Early
registration for family camping is $15 per site for the weekend, with
entry passes extra. Attendees must
ALSO be registered as participants or staff to have full privileges.
You can pay online,
for a surcharge, or you can print a copy of the registration fees
page and include your check when mailing or delivering to: GLCJ
c/o Samoset Council, 3511 Camp Phillips Rd, Weston, WI, 54476
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the event for 100%
refund. No refunds will be made after that period. Refunds will be applied toward your unit bill and can be used
toward other registrants. Any units with a credit balance after the
event will receive a refund check from the Bay-Lakes Council.
