GLCJ Home > Volunteer!

We appreciate your interest in Volunteering for the GLCJ.

At this point, we've closed down the registration site for any new volunteers not already coming.

If an adult camper has some free time and would like to still volunteer, please head over to the OA tent and check with them.

While non-Arrowmen aren't eligible for the custom GLCJ OA patch, we might still have some chores that need people to do them.

The Great Lakes Centennial Jamboree staff is recruiting volunteers in numerous areas.  Any registered Scouter that has completed youth protection training is eligible to be on staff.  We hope you'd come with your local scouting unit, but if they are fully staffed, and you want a challenge with a lot of other like-minded scouting volunteers, here's your chance!

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to serve on staff at a major Scouting event. Come and join the fun at the Jamboree!

Just fill out the application below to express interest in staffing. You will be contacted and provided information.  (You'll still need to do the actual registration through scott@samoset.org.)
